Cancellation Policy

Party Rental Solution – Chair Rental Policy Agreement This Rental Policy Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Party Rental Solution (“Company”) and the undersigned renter (“Renter”). By renting equipment from the Company, the Renter agrees to the following terms and conditions: 1. Equipment Care and Responsibility The Renter is responsible for the care, custody, and control of all rented chairs during the rental period. Any damages, including but not limited to stains, breaks, or missing parts, will be charged to the Renter at the full replacement cost. 2. Rental Period The standard rental period is 24 hours from the time of pick-up or delivery unless otherwise stated in writing. If chairs are not returned within 24 hours, late fees will apply. 3. Late Fees For each day past the 24-hour period, the Renter will be charged double the original daily rental rate per chair. Late fees will continue to accrue daily until all items are returned in good condition. 4. Payment & Charges Payment for the rental is due before or upon delivery/pick-up. Any additional charges for damages or late returns will be billed to the Renter and must be paid within 5 business days of notice. 5. Liability Party Rental Solution is not responsible for any injury, accident, or damage caused by the use of the rented chairs. The Renter assumes full responsibility and releases Party Rental Solution from any claims arising from use of the equipment. 6. Agreement By signing below, the Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Rental Policy Agreement.
